ginger lily
I am not great gardener, but my grandpa sure is. He has given me the cuttings to some nice plants, two now which have really developed into something. One of the more recent that he gave me is the ginger lily. This is a unique and beautiful flower.
I was thrilled to walk outside a couple of days ago to see a ginger lily blooming in my back yard along with several more shoots promising new blooms.
As we care for our children, we often can see just how short we fall in our parenting. But with lots of good support behind us from the older generation, a little care, a little trial and error, and a whole lotta love, we can hope to one day see beautiful and unique blooms in our children.
